| How long have you been with Jebro? |
| I began my job here on January 29, 1996. |

| What are your specific job duties within the company? |
I am Director of Technical Services in Quality Control. I oversee all laboratory duties, buy and blend materials, and work on new formulations. On occasion I will work with our technical marketing and with our marketing engineers. |

| What did you do before Jebro? |
| After college I was a graduate teaching assistant at South Dakota State University. Along with that, I completed an internship at the public works department in West Fargo, North Dakota. |

| How did you first learn about Jebro and becoming an employee? |
| Actually, when I was an interning at the public works department, one of my college professors at SDSU informed me of some opportunities at Jebro, so I turned in my resume was interviewed and later hired. |

| What are some future projects within the company you are looking forward to? |
| Everyday is a new project here in the laboratory; however I am looking forward to researching more about Warm Mix. |

| What is the best part of your job? |
| Honestly, the variety which comes from working in Quality Control. I have never had 2 days, weeks, or years that are the same. It's always changing; which keeps it fun. |

| What do you feel are Quality Control's biggest strengths within Jebro? |
| Our technicians in Quality Control do a great job of planning ahead involving new products and materials. We also act quickly to situations that occur both in and outside the laboratory. In my opinion we communicate with each other better and are more experienced than most other companies. |

| Tell me about your family |
| I have been married almost 12 years to my wife Sheila. We have two children Preston (3) and Stella (2). |

| Where did you attend college and what was your major? |
| I attended South Dakota State University. I majored in Civil Engineering and also received my masters in Engineering from SDSU. |

| What are your hobbies? |
| I enjoy spending one on one time with my children, shooting and hunting year-round. |
| |
| Where did you grow up as a child? |
| My wife and I both grew up on Lake Preston, in South Dakota. Our son is also named after our home town. |

| Favorite childhood or young adult memory? |
| When my children were born. |
